R&B Flow

Looking for a fun and challenging workout that will get your heart pumping and your body moving? Look no further than R&B Flow! This one-hour class combines cardio, core, and yoga movements to create a complete workout that is both effective and enjoyable.

The class is broken down into eight 6-minute intervals, each of which focuses on a different muscle group. The intervals are designed to be challenging but not impossible, so even if you're not a gym rat, you can still get a great workout.

In addition to the cardio and core work, R&B Flow also incorporates yoga movements to help you improve your flexibility and balance. The yoga poses are modified to make them accessible to all levels, so you can focus on getting the most out of your workout without feeling overwhelmed.

The class is set to upbeat R&B music, so you can dance your way through your workout and have some fun at the same time.
